Maurice Arcadier, JD, MBA
Maurice Arcadier graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received a JD/MBA joint degree in 1997. Mr. Arcadier also received an International Law degree from Tulane/La Sorbonne in 1995, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics in 1994.
After graduation, Mr. Arcadier joined Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. During his two year tenure there, he was part of a legal risk management team, providing legal risk management services for Fortune 500 employers. Employers included Citgo, Republic Industries, Motorola, Telco, Teleglobe, and Excel. Mr. Arcadier's role included solving employer/employee issues, risk management strategies, and process consulting.
In 1999, Mr. Arcadier opened his private law firm in Miami, Florida. He started as a general practitioner and then, as a result of his background and education, began specializing in Business Law, international conflict of law, commercial litigation, personal injury, and trial work.
In 2006, Mr. Arcadier formed the partnership of Allen & Arcadier, P.A., with Wayne L. Allen, in Melbourne, Florida. As a result of the partnership, Mr. Arcadier has had notable success representing clients in employment law cases including a recent victory in a retaliation case against the City of Palm Bay. In addition to litigating more than one hundred employment law and business law cases, Mr. Arcadier is currently spearheading two large class action lawsuits against Winn Dixie and Appliance Direct.
